Since 2005, HRMS Solutions, Inc. has been delivering comprehensive workforce management solutions for organizations from Boston to Honolulu. We are privately held and experiencing significant growth. Today, we work with more than 250 companies including architectural and engineering forms, government contractors, long-term health care, legal firms, non-for-profit organizations, and many more.

Mike has over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience specializing in Workforce Management solutions that include HRIS software, payroll, employee, manager and applicant self-service, HR portals, time & labor management, strategic planning, work-flow and Microsoft technology.

Mike's directed sales and professional services for leading software vendors and small consulting firms including the top HR consulting firm for Sage Software. Mike's career also served in a number of Sales Executive positions at ADP, Sage Software, Kronos, SSA Global (fka as Infinium), and Art Technology Group. He is a member in Northern Virginia Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and completed his certification as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in December, 2002.

Prior to launching HRMS Solutions, Inc, Mike co-founded HR Technology Partners, a HR consulting firm and value added reseller. HR Technology Partners received recognition as a top 10 business partner for Sage Software and Ascentis Corporation in 2005. Mike has also created partnerships with leading workforce management vendors including Spectrum HR Systems Corp, Sage Software, Deltek, Ascentis Corporation, Perfect Software, Qqest, Inc, Employee Based Systems, Galaxy Technologies, Visibility Software, HRNet and Halogen.

Originally from New York, Mike earned a bachelor degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and lives with his wife Roz and son Logan in Washington, DC.

Mario Orellana has over 20 years of experience in workforce management software consulting & project management, specializing in the HRIS and payroll deployment. As VP Professional Services, Mario manages the day to day operations for all active consulting projects and delivery of training.

Prior to joining HRMS Solutions, Mario served as a Professional Services Manager for Sage Software (fka Best Software), a leader in mid market HRMS solutions, managing a consulting team that delivered technical and domain knowledge to national account customers. Mario has helped hundreds of companies empower their workforce by providing implementation expertise and the ability to help businesses improve business processes to resolve workflow inefficiencies by leveraging technology.

Originally from Los Angeles, Mario lives with his wife Marlene and two son’s Mario and Danny in Orange County, California.

With a primary focus on sales growth as well as client retention and satisfaction, Cris has earned a reputation in the industry as an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable voice of any company or product she represents. As a Sales Executive for HRMS Solutions, Cris leverages her wealth of knowledge and domain experience to help match client requirements with the best overall solutions.

Prior to working for HRMS Solutions Cris has spent most of her career working for leading HR/Payroll & Labor Management companies including Automatic Data Processing (ADP), Ceridian, & Sage Software (fka Best Software).

Originally from Omaha Nebraska, Cris earned a bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University, spent many years in Denver and now lives in Redondo Beach, California with her husband Jim, daughter Micah and son Will.

Sales Executive - Central

Michelle has over 10 years of experience in workforce management solutions specializing in Human Resource Management, Payroll, Recruiting and Time & Labor Management. She previously represented the #1 Abra Business Partner in the U.S. for the last 7 years with consistent and proven results.

Michelle began her career in human resources working as a HR Consultant for Bruner Cox, LLP in Cleveland. She coordinated Human Resources benchmark studies with Fortune 500 companies assisting them with analyzing their existing HR processes and identifying areas of improvement during her tenure at The Hackett Group.

Michelle has been actively involved with the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter since 2001. She was named Outstanding Member of the Year in 2007 and currently holds the position of Vice-Chair for the Northern Ohio Human Resource Conference, one of the largest HR conferences in the state of Ohio.

Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College. She resides in Cleveland, OH with her husband Jason and her two children, Jake and Julia.
