Whether your organization is committed to running HR systems in house, outsourcing IT, or in SaaS model, iVantage provides a solution. iVantage is offered in three licensing or business models that allow the system to fit any company.
Customer Self Hosted - The traditional software license, allows organizations to manage and maintain their software on their own, at their location. They have the initial funds required to make an initial capital expenditure and pay annual maintenance fees that include support, reduced cost services, and software updates.
Spectrum Hosted - Similar to a License Model, the organization purchases the software, but then pays a monthly fee to Spectrum for the Infrastructure, 24 hour access and IT Support for their software. We host the application at a secure 3rd party location and our internal IT professional staff maintain the necessary hardware and software. Clients still pay an annual maintenance fee for support, reduced–cost services and software updates.
Software as a Service (SaaS) - This very appealing option provides businesses with a complete and powerful HR Solution, without the initial capital expense required for the other models. The same system is accessible 24 hours/day and the same professional services staff maintain the server hardware and software infrastructure. You do not license the software, rather you "rent" the software for a reasonable per-employee/per-month fee.

- Spectrum utilizes L3 Communications – commercially respected co-locate provider
- Automated system monitoring are maintained on a 24-hour basis
- Server Site is staffed with iVantage consultants from 7am (MST) – 5:30pm (MST)
- Off site storage of back ups is provided
