Mike Maiorino has over 20 years of Human Resource Management experience specializing in Workforce Management solutions that include HRIS software, payroll, recruiting and talent management, employee, manager and applicant self-service, HR portals, time & labor management, strategic planning, project management, work-flow and Microsoft technology.
Mike's directed sales and professional services for leading software vendors and small consulting firms including the top HR consulting firm for Sage Software. Mike's career also served in a number of Sales Executive positions at ADP, Sage Software, Kronos, SSA Global (fka as Infinium), and Art Technology Group. He is a member in Northern Virginia Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and completed his certification as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in December, 2002.
Prior to launching HRMS Solutions, Inc, Mike co-founded HR Technology Partners, a HR consulting firm and value added reseller. Originally from New York, Mike earned a bachelor degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and lives with his wife Roz and son Logan in Washington, DC.
