Izendia is a browser-based reporting tool that allows you to create customized reports from Cyber Recruiter data, adding fields, filters, gauges, grids and graphs. Izenda is embedded with Cyber Recruiter and includes a sample set of reports that can be modified and saved or used as a starting point. The five reports that are available are Affirmative Action report by requisition, applicant routing by requisition, applicant activity summary, applicant attached to a requisition, and requisition time to fill report.

Advanced Parsing of Resumes can pre-populate an online applicant profile directly from the candidate’s resume.
