DellHost™ is the service behind HROfficeASP. DellHost provides
backup support for any server and hardware complications while Ascentis
Software acts as the primary technical support for all other issues.
HROfficeASP is locked behind one of the largest firewalls in existence
and utilizes the high-speed connectivity of the Sprint Network.
The data center is monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. If a security
breach or an interruption in service occurred, Ascentis would be
contacted within minutes. Each customer utilizing HROfficeASP is
subject to role-based security definitions at the application level
and database security at the database level. No user has direct
access to the database.
- Customers gain significant first year benefits
without the upfront costs involved with purchasing, implementing
and maintaining an in-house client server application
- HROfficeASP Standard Suite comes standard
with COBRA, Applicant Manager, Payroll Connect and Attendance
modules. HROffice Self-Service can is available in the Premier
package
- HROffice Carrier Connect Service is available
with either Standard or Premier
- HROffice Alerts are not available with HROfficeASP
at this time.
- There are no additional costs for Microsoft
SQL Server or Internet Information Server for HROffice Self-Service.
All costs are included in a simple per employee per monthly fee.

Level Agreement)
Upgrades are included in monthly fees and require no IT intervention
as they happen behind-the-scenes. There is no need for IT staff
to manage application and associated hardware. Automatic upgrades
means users are always running the most current version of HROffice.
Installation is handled by HRMS Solutions Professional Services,
ensuring 100% implementation success.
