Karah brings several years of both practical and consultative HR technology experience to the HRMS professional services team. Although her HCM knowledge and consulting acumen has been acquired primarily through the full suite of UKG solutions, she has additional insight with other workforce management applications. She enjoys problem solving and is consistently looking for ways to streamline data transformation techniques and enhance business processes.

Beyond project management, implementation and continued support consulting positions, Karah has also acted as a vital subject matter expert (SME) for colleagues and customers alike. She brings an analytical mind and thorough understanding of operational processes together for a comprehensive approach to HCM solutions and system implementations. As an accomplished HRIS and payroll practitioner, Karah strives to leverage available HCM application tools and functionality to work harmoniously together resulting in a positive user experience.
