Bio

Karen has 10+ years of software implementation and project management experience. Prior to joining HRMS, Karen was a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked in a technical project management capacity on a variety of projects, across industries. She also has a background as an HR Analyst focusing on HR processes, cost analysis, HR recruiting and learning systems. Karen is currently focused on the implementation of Applicant Tracking and Learning Management Systems. Early in her career, Karen served as a junior college instructor of Business and Management.

Fun Facts

Karen holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Virginia Tech, with a concentration in Management Information Systems. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling. She also enjoys running, and participates in many local running races within her community.
