Michelle Mayes brings worthy Workforce Ready experience to the HRMS Professional Services team with valuable knowledge of implementing the system from a client’s perspective. In addition to her years of implementing, administrating and conducting training related to Workforce Ready, Michelle is able to combine deep business operations acumen and the ability to adapt quickly to changing and challenging environments to positively impact her HCM implementations. Michelle understands the complexities of varying company structures and organizational types. She applies the important accounting, payroll, and human resource principles she has learned to all her consulting projects. Michelle thrives on helping her clients succeed in their UKG product implementations.

FUN FACTS

Michelle’s life revolves around her family and her fur babies, which currently includes 3 cats and 1 dog.  She has brought five chickens and rooster into the fold and with any luck she hopes to one day welcome goats to her future farm in Texas.
