Pamela Mahoney

Project Manager

Pamela has more than 10 years of experience as an independent HR and Payroll solutions consultant. During this time she held roles and responsibilities as a Senior System Administrator, Integration Analyst, Implementation Consultant and Payroll Administrator. These varied roles have provided a wealth of knowledge and professional competence related, but not limited, to project management, client-side implementation, integration, and end-user training. Pamela works to gain a strategic understanding of her client’s goals and she collaborates on process improvements to enable her clients to be successful in any ventures they undertake. She strives not only for project success, but to also provide concrete value to every project she manages.

All implementation projects have challenges. Pamela believes her role is to identify and confront these challenges, and then assist her clients with a plan and approach to handle and overcome them!


Pamela holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Services. These fields of studies focus on the human mind, human behavior and the meeting of human needs through direct prevention and resolution of people related problems, which has helped keep her sane in all of her various career positions.
