Sandy brings a well-rounded 25 years of experience in the HRIS/HCM industry. Having worked in multiple roles, she understands what an organization uniquely needs: starting with purchase research and decision-making, to system onboarding and services engagement, proactive support and development needs, and ongoing customer success as compliance needs and technology change.
Sandy holds a degree in Advertising from Columbia College Chicago, and a more extensive background in Customer Service and Marketing that includes certifications in project management, managing people, using common apps and social media. She strives to bring an awareness and understanding to each step of a process, in an easily-digestible, honest and open manner.
Living in Colorado has its perks, and in off time Sandy takes advantage of the many paths and trails while walking, running, biking or snowshoeing – oftentimes with her husband and two rescue dogs. Her two grown sons are nearby, and she’s happy to spend time with them over grilled food, good conversation and Colorado craft beer. As a native Chicagoan, Sandy finds her loyalties split only when the Blackhawks play the Avs.
