HR Software Provider Creates New Roles to Drive Company Growth

Washington, D.C. – June 6, 2013 – HRMS Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) and talent management solutions for small to mid-sized businesses, announced key executive changes to drive the company’s growth and expansion plans as it celebrates 10 years in the HR/Payroll software business this year.

Catherine McMillan has been appointed to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer and will focus on company strategies, professional services, and growth opportunities. Her past experiences as a Business Operations/Finance Manager with the Managed Consulting Services Team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, as well as VP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer within the construction industry, qualifies her as an expert on HRIS decision making matters. After first joining HRMS Solutions 7 years ago as a Sr. Solutions Consultant, in 2012 Catherine accepted the role of VP of Finance at HRMS Solutions and has been instrumental in HRMS Solutions’ success to date. “Since first coming onboard HRMS, Mike and his team have been exceptionally supportive to my recommendations,” said Ms. McMillan. “After being invited to play an increased role in guiding us to the next stage, I’m very much looking forward to helping shape the course for HRMS Solutions and building greater success for our clients throughout the next decade.”

Bill Copeland, new to HRMS Solutions, has been named VP of Marketing. His role will be to build greater awareness for HRMS products and services, automate marketing activities and contribute to company growth. Bill has an extensive background in HRIS, Payroll and Workforce Management software products through previous positions with NuView Systems, Simplex and IMB (People-Planner) software. “I’m looking forward to reconnecting with many industry contacts and friends,” remarked Mr. Copeland. “Through new developments in technology and software, the opportunities that are presenting themselves are substantial, not just for our customers but also for ourselves. It’s an exciting time to be placed in such a key role as this.”
