When it came time for Pro2Serve, a technical and engineering services firm located in Oak Ridge, TN, to change their human resource management system, they were willing to explore a wide variety of options, except when it came to their HR technology service provider. Working with HRMS Solutions Sales Executive Brad Congdon, the Pro2Serve team selected Sage HRMS and Cyber Recruiter, both on-premise solutions, to replace Ascentis, which was moving customers to the cloud. Pro2Serve preferred to stay on-premise and needed a solution that could meet several key functional and interface requirements, including the ability to interface with their existing and future time and attendance systems.
With more than 350 employees dedicated to delivering value to clients in portfolio management, lifecycle cost optimization, design collaboration, and security and emergency situational response, Pro2Serve wanted a system that would support process excellence and efficiency in the areas of recruiting and onboarding.
In addition, the new solution needed to be able to provide advanced workflow management, online forms and electronic acceptance tools, as well as enhanced reporting and in-house payroll capabilities. The combination of Sage HRMS and Cyber Recruiter met all of these requirements and continued to provide the additional core HR capabilities (e.g. compliance reporting, employee and manager self service and performance management) Pro2Serve was seeking.
