Mike's twenty years of dedication to the HR technology profession with a proven track record of results and recognition has earned him an a reputation for being a subject matter expert regarding HRMS software and SaaS providers. Mike's has served in a number of sales and managerial positions for leading providers of HR and Payroll solutions including ADP, Sage Software, Kronos, Infor (fka SSA Global / Infinium). He is a member of the Northern Virginia Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and completed his certification as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) in December, 2002. Mike was also recognized as Biltmore Who's Who in 2007 as one of Washington, DC's most distinguished members. |
Prior to launching HRMS Solutions in 2003, Mike Co-Founded HR Technology Partners, a national HR consulting firm and value added reseller. Since then, HRMS Solutions has achieved 7 years of constant and steady growth while hiring the leveraging the best talent in the business to help our clients adopt and absorb their investments in technology. Mike's philosophy of representing a choice to his clients has resulted in creating partnerships with leading HR technology vendors including Spectrum HR, Sage Software, Mangrove Software, PDS Software, Deltek, Ascentis Corporation, Silkroad Technology, Qqest Software, OneSource Virtual HR, Galaxy Technologies, Visibility Software and Bamboo HR.
Besides selling and delivering leading HRIS and Payroll solutions for business, Mike has been hired as a independent consultant to help evaluate and select HR solutions for business with employees locally, nationally and globally. Recent HRIS vendor selection projects include: Toyota of Hawaii (Servco), Real Networks, Institute for Defense Analyses, Chamberlin Edmonds, FHL Bank of Pittsburgh, National Money Mart Company, and the United Services Organization.
Originally from New York, Mike earned a bachelor degree in Business Management from Arizona State University and lives with his wife Roz and son's Logan and Tristan in Washington, DC.
Mario Orellana

Mario Orellana has over 20 years of experience in workforce management software implementation and project management, specializing in the HRIS and payroll deployment. As VP Professional Services, Mario manages the day to day operations for all active consulting projects and delivery of software solutions and training.
Prior to joining HRMS Solutions, Mario served as a Professional Services Manager for Sage Software (fka Best Software), a leader in mid market HRMS solutions, managing a consulting team that delivered technical and domain knowledge to national account customers. Mario has helped hundreds of companies empower their workforce by providing implementation expertise and the ability to help businesses improve business processes to resolve workflow inefficiencies by leveraging technology. |

As a Sales Executive for HRMS Solutions, Cris leverages her wealth of knowledge and domain experience to help match client requirements with the best overall solutions.

Sandi Krason

Sandi Krason has over 17 years of experience in the mid-market HRIS marketplace with proven abilities of creating and maintaining successful business relationships, designing and delivering quality presentations, and managing the software development lifecycle.
Prior to joining HRMS Solutions, Sandi spent most of her career working for the leading mid-market HRIS software company Spectrum Human Resources System Corporation. She started her HRIS software career in the trenches of product support, advanced into product management, made valuable contributions to the professional services consulting team and eventually expanded her horizons into the world of partner and client relations. This all-encompassing and extensive knowledge, coupled with her exceptional interpersonal, presentation and technical expertise, enables Sandi to be very effective and credible as a Director of Applications with HRMS Solutions. |

Originally from the panhandle of Nebraska, Sandi attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Sandi lives with her family in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado. |

With over fifteen years in the payroll and finance software industry, Jessica Huber Kendall has a rare blend of domain functional knowledge, software implementation delivery, client relationship management, as well as training, and pre-sales support. Her past roles range from project manager and trainer to business analyst and release manager for several HRMS software vendors. Jessica is well-versed in product lines including Sage Abra, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Mangrove Workforce Empowerment, and EmpowerTime. Her clients come from a vast array of industries, including hospitality, healthcare, retail, and government services and range from the SMB market to Fortune 500 companies.
Jessica's primary responsibilities include the successful delivery of consulting services and providing sales support. Extremely credible and capable, she approaches professional services with proven field experience and can offer immediate analysis and solutions that are not straight from any book. |
