Bio

For over seventeen years Michele has held positions in human resources, payroll, and benefits administration. She has a bachelor’s degree in English – Professional and Technical Writing. Over the years, she has used her education to help create documentation and training guides for numerous company’s payroll and time management systems. She has excellent problem-solving skills and will always make recommendations to update payroll processes and control procedures. Her payroll management experience includes leading teams processing large union and nonunion payrolls. Michele enjoys providing top-notch support and outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers. She takes pride in cultivating strong relationships and helps individuals understand how different transactions can affect payroll.

Fun Facts

Michele serves as the President of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated local chapter Tau Xi Zeta. For over one hundred years, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority has paid it forward by organizing impactful, community-based activities focused on the improvement of economic welfare, access to quality educational resources, and the overall physical and mental health of residents in neighborhoods across the globe. The chapter hosts and participates in various service projects throughout the year, including programming related to Breast Cancer Awareness, National Voter Registration, and the March of Dimes. Their initiatives focus on the following: elder care at Symphony of Chicago West, prematurity awareness, toys during Christmas on the south side for Lakeside Community Committee, and mental health webinars.
