As a Lead Implementation Consultant, Nikki Owens has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting including payroll, full-cycle domestic and international recruiting, and all aspects of human resources. In addition, Nikki has 8+ years of HRIS/HCM implementation and solution training experience. The combination of being a former practitioner and having a high proficiency with HR and payroll system deployments, enables her to appreciate and understand the client’s side of the implementation journey. This unique project viewpoint affords Nikki the ability to provide comprehensive services and support to her customers.

Fun Facts

Nikki lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her husband and three adult children. She enjoys playing sports, traveling, and making stain glass. She and her husband are ‘foodies’ and travel hundreds of miles just to try a new dish or restaurant.
