Dawn Royer

Dawn brings 20+ years of experience in HR management and HR technology to her project management position at HRMS. She has worked in manufacturing, healthcare and insurance industries supporting both domestic and global employees. She specializes in HR core management, payroll, benefits, talent, learning, performance and reporting.

In her prior roles Dawn has implemented UKG Pro (fka UltiPro) and other HCM solutions, was the lead Program Manager for UKG Pro Time & Attendance (UTA) and brings vast experience in compliance reporting. Her goal is to help clients understand the full capabilities of systems, provide best practice scenarios in order to enable her clients to realize significant process improvements and deliver a great client experience.

Dawn was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii. She now lives in Connecticut with her son Daniel and their new puppy Stella.  She loves planting flowers, travelling and on summer weekends you can find her enjoying the sunshine at the beach.

Her son Daniel is working on becoming a commercial pilot. He was awarded a $10k scholarship from the Young Eagles Chapter to use towards his private pilot’s license. He was chosen to fly the Team Oracle plane in Rhode Island with Sean Tucker – an American world champion aerobatic aviator. It was an amazing experience for him to fly with one of the best in the world!  Check out his Team Oracle flight here.
