Melissa is a seasoned business professional and proficient Client-Side Implementation Consultant with the ability to provide exceptional insight and guidance through the UKG implementation process. In addition to years of HRIS administration, she has experienced the UKG implementation process as both a customer and a service provider. She brings many years of HR, leadership, technical and entrepreneurial experience to the Professional Services team at HRMS.
As an accomplished HRIS practitioner and business owner, Melissa has worked in a variety of vertical markets, including finance and insurance, call center operations, and IT. She offers a solid understanding of HR, operations, and management challenges. She is highly skilled in strategic planning, business operations, organizational development, and people management.
Melissa strives to build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor with all her clients. She can deliver viable and valuable solutions that enhance business operations, HR administration, and people-focused processes. She is an analytical and strategic thinker, who enjoys delivering outstanding service and support.

Melissa is an Ohio State Buckeye who has been transplanted to the beautiful state of Florida along with her family – of the human, canine and feline variety. She enjoys traveling, learning about new people and cultures, writing, and any kind of puzzle, riddle, or brainteaser. One of her favorite pastimes is game nights with family and friends – and she is far too competitive when playing Euchre or Trivial Pursuit.
