Roxie brings 8+ years of payroll/HCM service support knowledge to HRMS. She has a passion for developing meaningful customer relationships and thoroughly understanding the business needs of customers. Her goal is to provide valuable insight, process improvement and viable solutions related to the management of people with technology. Roxie spent five years at UKG in positions that included a Rapid Response Professional on the Customer Success team and most recently as a Global Account Manager for some of the biggest and most complex UKG customers.

She believes in timely and clear communication and thrives on creating solutions that have a significant impact on customers’ day-to-day activities. Roxie has vast experience in payroll critical and payroll processing tasks, as well as in-depth knowledge related to UKG Pro Core HR, benefits administration and open enrollment.


Roxie lives in Columbia, MO with her two dogs, Abner and Truckstop Sandwich. She enjoys traveling, hiking, fitness and has a passion for all things history.
