According to Minde Stone, Lincoln Industries’ manager of benefits, compensation and HRIS, PDS® Vista HRMS was selected because it was important that end users have a positive experience with the new system. “We felt strongly about the ability to configure the system to match our cultural language,” said Stone, “and knew we could do it without additional costs,” by implementing Vista HRMS.
